Shipping policy

Bijou Don aims to ship all orders out within 1 to 2 weeks after the order is placed. You will be contacted if your order may take longer due to a shortage in supplies or an influx of orders.

Bijou Don is run by a singular person so please be patient! Bijou Don aims to ship all orders out within 1 to 2 weeks after the order is placed, but sometimes supplies are limited and must be ordered which can take a few days.

If your order cannot be shipped out within two weeks, you will be notified! Packages usually are delivered within 2-7 after shipping, so please be patient and check your tracking.

If for some reason, I am unable to get the supplies needed for your order in a timely manner, you will be contacted with three options:

1. I will inform you of the expected wait time for the supplies to deliver, and you can choose to wait.
2. I can give you a selection of alternative supplies to satisfy the missing one(s).
3. You can request a refund.
